We recently celebrated the Grand Opening of Hawthorn Court and commemorated Boulder Housing Partners great accomplishment of building 2000+ apartment homes across the beautiful City of Boulder. Hawthorn Court is a fully electric affordable housing development providing 73 affordable 1 and 2 bedroom apartments reserved for those making 40%-60% of the Area Median Income (AMI).

- PV System will offset an estimated 15% of energy use

- Energy modeling & compliance: Whole-building modeling, IECC compliance analysis, and strategic guidance to integrate energy-efficient, sustainable measures for long-term performance, comfort, and cost savings.
- Green Building in Action: Boost efficiency by reducing water use and heat loss. Harness renewables, daylight, and thermal protection. Create healthy spaces with clean air and safe materials.
