Sage Corner adds 43 units of affordable housing for those making 30-60% of the area median income to south Lakewood.  Sage Corner is situated on an RTD line and is close to area schools and recreations centers.  Located near Kendrick Lake and close to the foothills, Sage Corner also includes impressive views of the Denver skyline.  The design team achieved Enterprise Green Communities and Energy Star certification.  The buildings also include a solar photovoltaic system to decrease utility costs for residents.
