The Oak Street Station projects is a transit-oriented design multifamily project in Lakewood, Colorado providing 289 dwelling units, retail, and amenity space, and occupies a full city block.
Energetics provided energy code compliance documentation using an energy model. We then used the same energy model to document energy cost savings and obtain an Energy Star Target score to help the owner achieve HUD financing.
