Guadalupe Apartments is a 47-unit affordable supportive housing project in Greeley, Colorado developed by Archdiocesan Housings Inc, a subsidiary of Catholic Charities. It will in part serve people displaced by the 2013 floods that ravages parts of Northern Colorado. The units are fully furnished with everything that the residents might need — even pots and pans.
“Guadalupe Apartments is like a home with a coach,” said Justin Raddatz, executive director of Archdiocesan Housing, Inc. “Not only does each resident receive a beautiful, furnished apartment to call home, but also has on-site access to an array of supportive services to help them overcome any challenge they are facing toward achieving their life’s goals. It truly took an entire community to bring this great project together.”
Energetics guided the project through the Xcel Energy Design Assistance Program and provided Enterprise Green Communities consulting to help the project qualify for Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) through the Colorado Housing Finance Authority (CHFA).
Construction completed October 2017!
