Energetics is proud to have served as the Energy and Green Building consultant for Heartside Hill Apartments in Fort Collins — a collaboration led by Palace Construction with CARE Communities, Heart of the Rockies Christian Church, Fort Collins Habitat for Humanity, and L’Arche Northern Colorado.
This new community provides 72 affordable apartments, 9 single-family homes, and shared community space, all designed with sustainability and long-term performance in mind.
