MARKETING MANAGER

SALARY RANGE:  $75,000 to $95,000 depending on experience and qualifications

Energetics is seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team.  Here is the type of person that will fit best with our team:

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field
  • 5+ years of related marketing and proposal development experience in the A/E/C industry
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite
  • Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and work well with a variety of staff.
  • Effective time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deliverables
  • Visually literate with strong verbal and graphic communication skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Capable of working productively in a team setting, as well as independently
  • A strong work ethic, flexibility, and a creative approach to problem solving are essential.

SKILLS & DUTIES

  • Collaborate with senior leadership and project managers to develop deadline-sensitive deliverables such as proposals and RFP/RFQ responses
  • Manage the preparation and submission of proposals and presentations from initial stage to final delivery to ensure a quality product
  • Manage, track, and follow up on sent proposals
  • Maintain marketing materials including resumes, boilerplate qualifications, project descriptions, etc.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify, research, and track leads and opportunities.
  • Research and advise management on alternative or enhanced marketing strategies and opportunities.
  • Utilize brand identity to ensure a consistent appearance and style for all marketing communications, including proposal materials, brochures, advertising, newsletters, internal templates, and other graphic projects.
  • Lead content development, working with project team leaders for social media, email marketing, and the firm’s website.
  • Develop a marketing plan that aligns and supports the business plan for the coming year.
  • Assist with developing and managing the annual marketing budget.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of employee engagement pursuits and activities / events.
  • Attend networking events on behalf of the firm when appropriate
