The Current is a new 12-story Class-A office space in the Denver RiNo area that has flexible work space, fitness center, rooftop deck, and a two-floor Great Room. The project utilizes View Smart windows that tint automatically in the presence of sunlight, and can also be controlled via a mobile app. Natural light is the #1 feature requested by employees, but glare can be often be a challenge. With this system, employees can work productively anywhere in the building without interruption from outdoor brightness or temperatures. Increased space utilization reduces the cost of space per employee, and employees will have reduced eye strain, fewer headaches and less drowsiness.
