The Saint Francis Center Supportive Housing project in Cathedral Square in Denver, Colorado has 50 units designed to provide permanent supportive services necessary to overcome chronic homelessness. It will provide convenient services and amenities to individuals and families to help advance their lives.

Energetics is guiding the project through Xcel’s Energy Design Assistance (EDA) Program, and is providing Enterprise Green Communities consulting services to help the project receive Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) financing through the Colorado Housing Finance Authority (CHFA).
