Platte Fifteen is a pedestrian oriented office and retail project at 15th & Platte in the Lower Highlands area of Denver.
Energetics is guiding the project through Xcel’s Energy Design Assistance (EDA) Program, and documenting energy code compliance under the 2015 IECC using the energy model.
