The Village at Westerly Creek III project is the third and final phase of a redevelopment by the Aurora Housing Authority, and contains a total of 74 units with a mix of senior and family units, as well as community gardens, chilren’s play areas, and outdoor gathering space to serve the entire development.

Energetics guided the project through Xcel’s Energy Design Assistance (EDA) Program, documented energy code compliance with the 2015 IECC, and provided Enterprise Green Communities consulting services to help the project receive Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) financing through the Colorado Housing Finance Authority (CHFA).
