21st & Welton is a new 18 story apartment building developed by Lennar Multifamily, and takes up a full city block in Denver. It includes 329 units, amenity space, parking garage, and over 20,000 square feet of outdoor amenity space with pool and spa.
Energetics is guiding the project through Xcel’s Energy Design Assistance (EDA) Program, and documented energy code compliance using the energy model.
